The Connect and Transform programmes aim to create the infrastructure and learning experiences that enable individuals and organisations to network, skill, upskill and reskill within the manufacturing innovation community. The programme will provide organisations the opportunity to engage in online and hands-on learning activities that connect them directly with the skills and competencies they need to compete in the digital economy.

Activities are co-designed with the manufacturing industry, with the goal of helping them transform their businesses, improve their operational performance and empower the workforce. Skills.move, the EIT Manufacturing Learning platform, will provide access to tailored online educational content designed with a 100% focus on manufacturing, to create personalised learning journeys.
