Day 1 – 16 Sept 2024
The Role of Technology in Modern Manufacturing: Introduce the transformative impact of technology on manufacturing, highlighting trends like Industry 4.0, IoT, and AI.
Data Analytics and AI for Solution Design: How data analytics and artificial intelligence are used to design solutions in manufacturing, covering topics such as predictive maintenance, quality control, and supply chain optimization.
Day 2 – 17 Sept 2024
Design Thinking and Innovation in Manufacturing: Introducing design thinking as a method for innovation in manufacturing, focusing on user-centric product development.
Capstone Project (Developing a Technology-Driven Solution): Apply learned concepts from previous sessions to a comprehensive group project, designing a technology-driven solution for a real-world manufacturing problem.
