EIT Manufacturing goes to Athens – join us there in October!

During 5-7 October 2022, EIT Manufacturing is organizing an InnovEIT festival in Athens, comprised of a series of high-level events:
- 5 October: Deep Tech in Manufacturing: The high potential for RIS (EIT Manufacturing RIS Hubs Annual Conference)
- 6 October: InnovEIT Athens “Digital Production & AI for Sustainability”
- 6 October: Inauguration Event Co-Location Center South-East
- 7 October: BoostUp! 2022 Grand Final
For these events, one common registration form has been set up. You can register for the onsite attendance to the events at the conference venue Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center on the following link.
All timings are expressed in EEST time (CEST +1) with the following start time:
- 5 October RIS Hubs Conference – 13.00h EEST
- 6 October InnovEIT Athens Event – 12.30h EEST
- 7 October BoostUp! Grand Final 2022 – 10.00h EEST

This day will shine a light on how digital production and modern AI solutions can help increase efficiency in and competitiveness of the European manufacturing industry, while contributing to environmental and social sustainability. EIT Manufacturing has the lead on this event in the InnovEIT festival series.

6 October: InnovEIT Athens | Digital Production & AI for Sustainability
6 October: Inauguration of EIT Manufacturing CLC South-East
EIT Manufacturing South-East, the sixth innovation hub to be founded in EIT Manufacturing since 2019, will be located in Athens – so what better opportunity than to celebrate during the InnovEIT festival? With the new innovation hub, the only pan-European community for actors of the manufacturing arena will strengthen its presence to better serve start-ups, scale-ups, manufacturing companies, solution providers, small and mid-sized companies (SMEs), universities, and research institutes in South-Eastern Europe. The Grand Final of the 2022 edition of the BoostUp! start-up competition will take place in Athens as well: 20 start-ups will pitch their solutions. Eight of them will be awarded – don’t miss the opportunity of celebrating with them!
