Leading Lights 2024
Leading Lights was held for the third time on January 31st, 2024 at the fantastic Tom Tits Experiment Science Museum in Södertälje, Sweden. The unique event brought together established industry professionals, inspiring startups and leading voices on one crucial topic: Industry Challenges in Sustainable Manufacturing. A big thank you to all the attendees and speakers for making Leading Lights such a success!
The Leading Lights event series is designed to meet, collaborate, and create impact. During the day, presentations from Norsk Hydro, Alfa Laval, and Volvo Group, as well as the EDIH ShiftLabs gave us insight into sustainability challenges. Based on the challenges shared, the diverse group of ~70 great minds from 10+ different countries worked together during a workshop. Meanwhile, ten innovative startups & scale-ups showcased their inspiring solutions which are addressing the crucial challenges in the manufacturing sector. We could witness inspiring keynote speeches by Caroline Viarouge, CEO of EIT Manufacturing, Lars-Henrik Jörnving, Vice President of Scania, and Anette Nordvall, Partner at Butterfly Ventures.
Additionally, the event included matchmaking, engaging panels, a chance to wander around the fantastic science museum “Tom Tits Experiment”, and much more.
