Experiential Learning for Flexible and Resilient Manufacturing

About the project

FlexMan makes available an experiential training program for manufacturing companies willing to build capacity to integrate tailored solutions for flexible and resilient manufacturing.

Purpose of the project

FlexMan goal is to provide in-situ training plus digital nuggets to small groups of white and blue collars that can play a key role in devising and launching technology integration projects for increasing the flexibility of production planning, commissioning, maintenance, logistics, supply chain operations.

Societal impact

FlexMan will mitigate the risks of job losses as a result of global and regional market and industry disruptions such as Covid-19 and geopolitical tensions.

Main results & insights

FlexMan is bound to train 160 professionals from 30+ companies, especially SMEs, in four EU countries (Italy, Spain, Czech Republic, France); afterwards the program will be available under market conditions.
