About the project

DE4HUMAN provides training to help enhance human-centric factories by leveraging traditional manufacturing and digital methods. It teaches design through the three pillars of Design4Empower, Design4Safety and Design4Inclusivity. It provides modular learning for up-skilling EU SMEs in manufacturing and engineering.

Purpose of the project

The purpose of DE4HUMAN is to encourage human-centric manufacturing processes through up-skilling and efforts to foster social inclusivity in EU SMEs.

Societal impact

DE4HUMAN aims to contribute to the EU’s social and inclusive growth by empowering a skilled workforce and transforming fundamental manufacturing processes.

DE4HUMAN delivers 12 Learning Paths and three Learning Factories to inspire SMEs and transition to a human-centric system.
