EIT Manufacturing is seeking a qualified consultant to support the development of its corporate strategy and preliminary budget for the 2026–2028 Business Plan. Running from mid-January to the end of March 2025, the engagement will focus on aligning central departments—Growth for Impact, Corporate Affairs & Strategic Initiatives, and Investment—under a unified strategy to drive revenue generation and measurable impact.
The scope of service includes analyzing the current strategic direction, providing tailored support to departments to align strategies with organizational goals, and advising on effective collaboration with regional Impact Centers. The selected supplier will also assist in linking strategic actions to a preliminary budget framework and facilitate a strategic workshop in March 2025 to finalize the strategy with EIT Manufacturing’s leadership.
