Audio/Visual (A/V) Services for EIT Manufacturing 2025 Corporate Event

EIT Manufacturing invites proposals from qualified A/V service providers to deliver comprehensive A/V solutions for its 2025 Corporate Event. The event will take place at Maison de la Poste, Brussels, and will feature a mix of plenary sessions, breakout discussions, an expo, and a special evening reception. Proposals must demonstrate expertise in providing professional, seamless onsite and online A/V experiences.

Event Dates: April 8–10, 2025 (Setup: April 7)
