Selection Procedure for Experts
EIT Manufacturing is seeking external experts to support in the delivery of various tasks (evaluation of proposals, delivery of services). This Call for Experts remains continuously open for applications, so we look forward to receiving your applications and working together to drive innovation forward.
- The pool of experts will be regularly updated to ensure access to the latest and most relevant skill sets.
- Proposals submitted will be meticulously examined, evaluated, and compared.
- Decisions will be made based on the “Best Value for Money” principle, tailored to the specific needs and assignments as they arise.
Due to the nature of the work delivered and the respect for potential conflict of interests, experts can apply exclusively to only one of the following procedures of selection:
- Service providers who deliver work must observe a 2-year cool-off period until they are eligible to deliver work as proposals “evaluators or rapporteurs”. This means that after signing a Provision of Services Contract with EIT Manufacturing, Service providers must complete the 2-year waiting period before they can begin contributing to the evaluation of proposals.
- Service providers interested in participating in this selection process can find the guidelines for submitting an application in the section of our website.
- Experts who deliver work as proposals “evaluators or rapporteurs” can at any point declare interest in delivering work as “services providers”.
- Experts wishing to apply for this process can find the guidelines for submitting an application in the following section below.
