Call for expressions of interest for New European Bauhaus Mentors is now open. Deadline to submit applications on Friday, 29 December 2023.
The New European Bauhaus forms part of the European Union´s sustainability-driven recovery plan called NextGenerationEU. The initiative helps to deliver the Green Deal, which is a set of policies outlined by the European Commission to decouple economic growth from resource use and make Europe greener and more resilient.
To that end, EIT Manufacturing has re-opened a Call for Expression of Interest to select over 100 Mentors to “think Bauhaus”, and encourage their Mentees to further integrate the three inseparable New European Bauhaus values of “aesthetics”, “sustainability”, and “inclusion” into their practices. Most importantly, Mentors are to help the Mentees to clarify their goals, strengths, and areas of desired growth as well as to ground and guide the Mentees as they progress throughout their Mentorship.
Proportional to the time commitment a Mentorship Assignment requires, Mentors will be remunerated at a rate of €1250 (Connect, Co-Create, Enhance); €2125 (Grow); €3000 (Catalyse).
