About the position
EIT Manufacturing has launched a portfolio of fundamental activities that set the bases for the deployment of the overall strategy and ambition to develop a present and future skilled workforce through education, re-skilling, and up-skilling people of all ages, gender and origins. These activities will ensure that required competences for future manufacturing are available. Educational programs incorporate hands-on activities related to e.g. workplace learning; practice-oriented training in learning and teaching factories; and innovative digital education solutions.
Industry-driven education is a project designed to create an appropriate infrastructure that provides the tools and the software environment to run Learning and Teaching Factory projects and to deploy digital content in form of nuggets or courses to the learners. The project will connect the key assets of the EIT Manufacturing education in oder to create a holistic Industry-driven Education Framework. This project is crucial for the implementation of our portfolio of activities and therefore for the achievements of EIT Manufacturing goals.
